MUSTARD GREENS: கடுகு கீரை Mustard Greens are Good for Health. We can Cultivate it inside the home using a simple things. Sand is not necessary for planting mustard seeds. கடுகு கீரை மிகவும் சத்தானது. எளிமையான பொருட்களைக் கொண்டு நாம் கடுகு கீரையை வீட்டினுள்ளேயே வளர்க்கலாம். கடுகு கீரையை வளர்பதற்கு மணல் அவசியம் இல்லை. Needed Things: தேவையான பொருள்கள் Container, Tissue Papers, Mustard Seeds,Water. கொள்கலன், திசு காகிதங்கள், கடுகு விதைகள், தண்ணீர். Process:செயல்முறை Step 1:  First you need to tear the Tissue Paper into small small pieces  and put into the Container and sprinkle some water. முதலில் கொள்கலனில் திசு காகிதங்களை சிறு சிறு துண்டாக கிழித்து நீர் தெளித்து வைத்துகொண்டே வரவேண்டும்.  Step 2: Then put some Mustard Greens on the Tissue Paper and sprinkle some more water. பின்பு திசு காகிதங்களுக்கு மேலாக கடுகு விதைகளை போட்டு சிறிது நீர் தெளிக்கவும்.
